These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Streakly.gg website and related services (the "Service"), operated by Streakly ("Streakly", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Streakly.gg is a third-party statistics website for League of Legends. The Service uses the Riot Games API to display publicly available match data with a focus on win/loss streak visualization. The Service is provided free of charge.
Streakly.gg isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may use the Service without signing in to view public profile data. Certain features (such as Favorites) require you to sign in with a third-party identity provider (currently Google or Discord), via Supabase Auth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your identity-provider account. You may not impersonate any other person or entity.
We may suspend or terminate access to authenticated features at our discretion, including in response to suspected abuse, violation of these Terms, or violation of Riot Games' API terms.
When using the Service, you agree not to:
League of Legends, Riot Games, and all related marks, characters, art, and game data are the property of Riot Games, Inc. We use Riot's API and assets (e.g., Data Dragon) under the Riot Games API Terms of Service. Your use of Riot-owned content displayed through the Service is subject to Riot Games' own terms and policies.
The look and feel, original UI components, source code, streak-calculation logic, copy, and design elements of the Service that are not owned by Riot Games are the intellectual property of Streakly. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of these elements without our prior written consent.
The Service does not currently allow users to submit public content (no comments, no posts, no reviews). If you provide feedback or suggestions to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the Service.
The Service relies on third-party services including Riot Games, Supabase, Vercel, Google, and Discord. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of these third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
The Service does not provide cheats, automation that affects gameplay, real-money trading, gambling, betting, or alternative ranked-ladder calculations (e.g., MMR / ELO calculators). The Service does not interact with the League Client API.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF MATCH DATA OR STATISTICS DISPLAYED THROUGH THE SERVICE. ALL DATA IS SUBJECT TO RIOT GAMES API AVAILABILITY AND MAY BE INCOMPLETE OR DELAYED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL STREAKLY OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD 100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THE SERVICE IS CURRENTLY OFFERED FREE OF CHARGE.
The limitations and exclusions in this Section 11 do not apply to liability arising from our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or to any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (including, for users in Japan, Article 8 of the Consumer Contract Act). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Streakly, its operators, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law, or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including Riot Games' API Terms of Service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any consequence of such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including for violation of these Terms or for abuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your Streakly account, contact contact@streakly.gg; see the Privacy Policy for details on data deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the Tokyo District Court (Tokyo Chiho Saibansho) will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service in the first instance, except where mandatory law of your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose law grants you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights remain unaffected.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Streakly regarding the Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated via the Service. Continued use of the Service after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance.
